How long does it take to complete the real estate licensing course?
The duration varies by state and individual pace, typically ranging from a few weeks to several months. In Alabama 60 hours of course work is required including testing. On campus classes last average of 8 weeks two evenings per week for 3.5 hours. Normally Tuesdays and Thursdays. On-line classes are at your own pace. You have 12 months from the date you start the course to complete it. If not completed you must start over.
Are your courses accredited?
Yes, all our courses are fully accredited by the appropriate state real estate commissions.
Can I take courses online if I work full-time
Absolutely, our online courses are designed to be flexible and are ideal for those who are working full-time. You can complete your coursework from anywhere at any time. You will have one year to complete your coursework. If you desire you may also attend specific on campus classes if you need extra help. There is an additional charge for each class attended on campus if you are enrolled on the online course.
